On Friday, February 5, 2010, K Swiss launched the debut of “First Fridays.”
The new monthly event jumped off at the K-Swiss Marketing Office, located in the Artist Lofts in Venice just steps away from Abbot Kinney.
The First Friday debut was hosted by Linda Nguyen aka Linda Nguyen (owner of Lovemade, a boutique design + events/marketing agency), Vanessa Chiu (Sales Manager for Insight Clothing) and Tiffany Chao (Sales Representative, Betsey Johnson) in celebration of their birthdays.
The 3 ladies - Linda, Tiffany and Vanessa, staples in the fashion industry, drew in an assemblage of diverse, hip, and tastemaker crowd.

A 3 piece live Jazz band welcomed guests as they walked into the loft space
Lulu the balloon twister stayed busy creating balloon art for the guests to wear at the party and take home as a souvenir.
Rony Alwin from Ronys Photobooth set up a designated area for guests to to take poloraid pictures (also posted onto his website at http://www.ronyspb.com/2-55-10.html#grid )
The white walls transformed into a canvas as the “Lovemade” video projected dancing bears and hearts animation.

Bite size h’orderves and sweets (enough to fill up each guest) provided by Downtown LA’s hotspot, Bottega Louie.
The menu included assorted tartlets, mini red velvet cupcakes, assorted financiers, orchetta pasta, hummus + more.

Open Bar provided by Jett Vodka, Honest Tea, Pabst Beer and Celcius energy drink.
The guests were checking out Kswiss product as they mingled, ate, drank, and enjoyed good company and live jazz music.
