Los Angeles based self-taught baker Jean Besa recently started a business creating a lollicake business she named “Hello Sweet”. She treated us to a batch of customized Lovemade lollicakes for us to try. They were fresh, perfectly textured and delicious!!!!For those who dont know what lollicakes are, they’re cake sponge filled lollipop covered in frosting. Jean made us Red Velvet versions of lollicakes dipped in vanilla frosting topped with customized Lovemade designs!
