A little bit more about Lady Sinclair….

With numerous years of experience behind her DJ Lady Sinclair can hold her own as one of the top DJ’s coming out of L.A.  Her mission is to bring fresh and exciting mixes to the dance floor by meticulously mashing up rare gems and classic hits from a wide array of musical genres.  After many years of spinning in the top clubs around Hollywood and Europe and landing gigs with fashion giants, such as Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior, DJ L.S. maintains a sophisticated and professional manner, with out loosing sight of her main goal, which is to keep the party people happy.

Michelle’s father Terry Kath, (lead guitarist of the 70’s pop group ‘Chicago’) gave her first foray in to the world of music and spurned on her DJ’ing by giving her his entire vinyl collection, a catalogue of much sought after music from the 1970’s and before.  This turned her on to funk, soul and rock music at a time when she was collecting rare grooves, and Hip Hop.  Growing up in Los Angeles, and hanging around the likes of DJ AM, her passion for music rose with in the Hip Hop scene and she began collecting vinyl.

Michelle’s stepfather (Kiefer Sutherland) gave her a set of turntables and her life as a DJ began.  Michelle wrote music reviews for HITS magazine and entered a short lived career in the music industry but her passion was with the turntables.  As she matured as a DJ she expanding her mixes far beyond Hip Hop  and began adding electro, b-more, punk, funk, soul, dirty disco, indie-rock, and just about anything that carries a beat.
